The conveyor belt is a device used to transport objects or materials available in bulk (bricks, sand, food, industrial products, parcels, living beings) and intended for processing on an industrial scale, such as production on an assembly line.

The movement of the motor is transmitted to the drum and thus to the belt via a transmission chain, or through a belt or even with a gear system. The drum will move by pulling on the belt. The speed of the inverter will be controlled by an electric gearbox.
Of course, different rugs can be arranged in series to form very long installations. The transport can generally be able to follow curves or adopt any direction (horizontal, oblique or vertical). Normally, it will be possible to reverse the direction of rotation and therefore of the load.
